How Do I Change my Name?

Your personal details, including name, email address, avatar and password can be changed in your account settings - here.

Please note - you have two names linked to your Airbit account:

Your username is used to log in and is displayed in your URL

Whilst your display name is shown on the Marketplace & in your store

Don't forget to save your changes!

Cant change my email no matter what. Discovered a spelling error and now i cant verify my email.

Can you please contact us on support@airbit.com to change your account type for you so that you can change your name successfully? - as you might have chosen an account type different to "Producer" when signing up for your account.

Staff –

Unfortunately, each account can only include one producer name and one company name. However, you can create two accounts for your producers and manage them through your company which will resolve this issue for you.

I signed up as my name, not as my company. Every time I try to change my Name and Username I get an error message saying I have an invalid account type? I don't get it?! I am Platinum too.
