Why Isn't a Claim Showing in My Claims List?

Claims can take up to 48 hours to show in your Dashboard, but will usually show within 24 hours.

If a claim still isn't showing after this period, it could be due to an issue on YouTube. For example, if you have previously submitted a beat via another distribution company, a duplicate may be created. When this happens, information is not correctly relayed to our platform, meaning the information does not show in your Dashboard. In this case you will need to contact the company you were previously monetizing with, and ask them to remove their asset. Then we can update our system with the correct information.

You cannot monetize your beats with two companies. If we see conflicts arise due to duplicated submissions, we will contact you to request that you continue with either Airbit or the alternate company.

If you continue to submit beats to another company after we have contacted you, we may remove you from our Content ID program without warning.

If the above information does not help, and you cannot find a claim, please contact us at support@airbit.com and we will look into this for you.
